Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We only allow cancellations if they are made within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us below under "Ask a Question" or through our contact page here.

As we are a small company that creates products on demand to minimize waste, we only accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery (return shipping fees not included). We do not offer returns or exchanges on any digital products.

We do not refund for carrier errors. If your order has been marked as successfully delivered in the system and you have still not received your package, we highly encourage you to contact your carrier.
